Publisher Campaign Manager
Resonate Networks, a dynamic online advertising network start-up, is seeking a Publisher Campaign Manager. This position is a crucial role in the successful management of Resonate’s public affairs, political and corporate advertising campaigns across our publisher network. The ideal candidate will be a web savvy, self-driven, team player who can think strategically, prioritize, work hard, and get the job done. Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage active campaigns across Resonate’s publisher network to meet advertiser performance goals while maximizing profitability
- Provide media buying and targeting recommendations based on campaign execution parameters
- Initiate, execute and optimize all client campaigns against stated goals and company’s established best practices
- Work closely with publishers, sales, media planning and other campaign managers for all critical performance metrics across advertiser campaigns
- Monitor daily campaign performance and seek opportunities for performance improvement
- Establish and maintain excellent publisher relationships with the goal of increasing adoption of Resonate’s campaigns and response rates
- Help create, deliver and articulate campaign overview analysis
- Assist with business operations such as campaign trafficking and publisher payments as needed
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- 4+ years experience in campaign management at a display ad network, lead generation company or a major publisher
- Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent communication skills
- Experience with online media buying efforts across portals, large publishers and display ad networks
- Strong analytical & metrics oriented mindset that can not only process quantitative results but also provide actionable suggestions based on these results
- Experience with ad serving technology fundamentals and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced start-up environment
